Sunspear Skills
So, everywhere I look says that you the rank of Sunspear Sergeant (the first one) to be able to purchase Sunspear skills from Hero Skill trainers, but I'm already a Sunspear Master Sergeant and the two Hero Skill trainers I went to didn't have any of the Sunspear skills available for purchase. Anyone know what the problem might be?

The relevant skill trainers (the one in the Sunspear Great Hall will do) should have a category called 'Sunspear skills'. The PvE only skills are listed there rather than under your profession.
Wiki also informs me you cannot obtain them until you have a secondary profession.

I'm pretty sure lvl 20 isn't a requirement for SS skills. SS is a personal title so it's not like level 2 characters could run around with max rank PvE skills. I saw no reference to it on Wiki either.

Lvl 20 isnt a requirement. You have to talk to one of the hero skill trainers, not the normal ones. They have to be in Kamadan, Sunspear Great Hall or Command Post i believe, and its under the category Sunspear Skills not Class SKills

You need to have enough Hero Skill Points in order to unlock those skills. You can earn these points simply by progressing in the Nightfalls campaign. Look at the top of the dialogue box when you speak to the Hero Skills trainer. He will tell you how many points you have available and if you'd like to by additional points (1k per point if I recall).

Level 20 is a requirement for Kurzick/Luxon skills (since people were making level 1 characters and then learning the skills just for the faction boast and then deleting the characters).
